Our lakeside tent field is picturesque but basic. There is no electricity available and a 5 minute walk to the amenities.

Top notch place to stay before Turps Trophy. Nice campsite with clean showers & loos etc. Nice little dockside cafe. Friendly staff and family there. I'll be back.
A nice little site. We were going to a wedding at Gosfield Hall so a perfect location for us. Facilities a bit on the basic side but all worked perfectly well. Breakfast at the snack shack was great!
Nice site, facilities spotless, good value for money, no safety issues whatsoever. Quiet country surroundings. Look forward to coming back next year possibly with other family members
Love the location, peaceful & beautiful place to pitch a tent by the lake. Staff are very helpful at check-in. The shower/Toilet facilities are spotless &The Apple Tree restaurant is a perfect place to eat, very friendly staff & fabulous location to sit outside and have a drink & watch the water sports. Will definitely come back😊
I decided to take my two older boys camping at the end of the summer holidays with my 2 friends. We are not campers we don’t even own a tent we borrow one so this is not a professional campers review. We loved the setting, no matter where you are plotted you are in view of the beautiful lake which had people doing water skiing. We had the perfect amount of space between us and other campers. There’s a play park on site with sand so my boys were straight off to that in the morning. I only had the pleasure of dealing with one staff member behind the desk when checking in and out and she was so friendly and really helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was how far the toilet block was, as someone who enjoys the comfort of my toilet being a few steps away I found this difficult.Saying that though I plan on returning as my aunty loved the look of it so she wants to go next summer.
Me and my 2 children camped at Gosfield for 3 days, our first camping experience. Our expectations were met and more, the place is wonderful, so peaceful but with lots to do for the children with great camping facilities.
We have been going to Gosfield lake for many years and always have an amazing time. The owner and staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The facilities are always good and kept clean Obviously sometimes it depends on the cleanliness and respect of other campers. The surroundings are beautiful We have ever only heard good reviews about places to eat but we prefer to have a true camping experience and cook ourselves. There are plenty of things to do both at the lake and surrounding areas. We have always found Gosfield lake great value for money and will continue to visit for many more years to come.
Grateful for last minute pitch. Scenic location. Toilets etc good. But overall a pricey stay for one night in a camper van and having to pay an hourly rate for WiFi should be included.
Site had good accessibility, location and friendly receptionist. Facilities were poor and badly maintained, poor value for money. Too many signs saying what everything that’s prohibited. Felt to me that no one loved the place.
We had an amazing family camping trip here. It was so nice to be by the lake and watch the water skiers and have a bbq. The weather was gorgeous, which helped, and it had real Aussie vibes! It was nice to get a draft beer from the pub and we would definitely return. The young children loved paddling in the lake and playing on the park! The only downside was the walk to the toilets and the water tap, but other than that, it was perfect! Hoping to return next year!
Thanks Nicola, for the lovely review.hope to see you again.Linda-Gosfield Lake Resort
