This is a gem of a place to stay. does not feel like an overcrowded caravan site. the homes are cleverly arranged to give a sense of privacy and spaciousness. they fit easily into the green, natural surroundings and give a sense of retreat and peace. The toilets and facilities are first class and the on site kitchen is excellent. Anne is the perfect host who welcomes and takes care of guests and creates a friendly , congenial vibe on the site and provided me with towels and a phone charger -- at no extra cost.I enjoyed my stay there so much that i returned stayed a night on my return journey.
What a wonderful site. A warm welcome from Annie who showed us round and we were given a choice of pitches. Very spacious and peaceful in stunning surroundings. Local fishing permits available on site. Facilities are excellent, kitchen with microwave, extra crockery and cutlery and useful essentials if you've forgotten anything! extra sinks outside too along with a couple of covered picnic tables, toilet and shower facilities are spotless, there's also an accessible shower and W/C.
Great campsite. Very friendly and well looked after.
We have stayed at Glendaruel Caravan Park a few times now. Annie is always so welcoming. The caravan is always spotless. The grounds are very well maintained. Safe environment to let your kids be kids and enjoy outdoor playing. Lots to see in and around the Caravan Park and surrounding area. I would highly recommend this site, great value for your money.
All facilities well maintained & clean.Annie is a marvellous host & looked after us very well.
Another great stay at Glendaruel Caravan Park!
Just spent one night here in a camper van, but my husband had recommended it. I initially made the mistake of putting the postcode into my sat nav and it took me on a top road - stunning but very long. The campsite is in a beautiful setting and the welcome couldn't have been warmer. I just loved the layout. There are lovely walks that lead from here. This has been by far the best campsite I've stayed in for a good while. Already planning to come back.
Everything was excellent. Good walks in the woods with the dog. Clean and tidy. Pleasently laid-back.
We needed somewhere last minute and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a gorgeous little bothie and would 100% stay there again. Very well kept, friendly staff and beautiful location with great facilities.
