This was my 3rd or 4th visit. Have stayed in all the glamping units. The site is spotless and facilities are excellent. Always good to catch up with Annie. Site is nicely located and very peaceful. You can visit places like Dunoon, Tighnabruaich and can get the ferry from Colintraive to Bute. You get a lovely meal at The Colintraive Hotel. Tighnabruaich has some lovely places to eat including The Tearoom. Have been in a few times. I love visiting Cowal and will be back.

Spent a very pleasant night here on way to Isle of Bute. On arrival at the gate you phone reception and let them know you’ve arrived. I was met by the lovely Annie who showed me to my pitch and explained where the facilities were in detail.I had 2 dogs with me and she pointed out the best place for walks etc. There is a lovely woodland walk behind the site we went on. The facilities were clean and central. I enjoyed glorious weather at the time and no pesky midges !! Highly recommended

The location is very peaceful and quiet. Great for walks The caravan park is very well maintained. The showers and toilets are excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The washing up area has a fridge, cooking area, cutlery, plates, pots etc An enclosed cooking area and seats are closed by. My pod was very comfortable. Two bunk beds, a table and seating area which can be converted into a double bed. It also had a kettle and fridge. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely return
