We keep coming back here because it's easy to book, no fuss, just a telephone cal, and everything about the site, staff, it's location, is fantastic First came here in 1983, and still loving it as much x
I have been coming here for many years with my family and absolutely love the surroundings and site itself, but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed and uncomfortable and felt unsafe using your facilities, the new shower block and toilets is now unisex , I had my husband stand at the door of the shower block when I used the facilities to shower and go to the toilet, as felt very unsafe using it alone as men and boys entered, you get many visitors to your site from all countries and it now felt unsafe to use your facilities , before when I came here I would let my grandchildren use the facilities with no worry but now it is mixed I do not feel as though they are safe to do so. I know this is a new block you have built but could you please make it back to men’s only and women only, I shall not use it again until this happens, one last note to be aware of men’s toilet habits are disgusting and no women or girl should have to use the toilet after they have used it .
We booked for a short break. The weather was pretty much what we expected, quite wet but surprisingly warm. Despite the rain, the area is outstanding with fabulous views and lots of wildlife. From our cottage we were able to view many types of birds visiting the feeding table, a red squirrel and we even had a couple of visits from a pine marten!Lots of places to visit and with a little effort, drive to Glen Coe, Oban, Glen Finnan, Mallaig and many places in between. Ben Nevis was our nearest neighbour but we decided against a climb to the top - maybe next time!!Must add that I was grateful for the on-site electric car charge facilities too.
It was our third stay at Glen Nevis Holidays. The lodge was clean, warm, and well-equipped. We felt very welcome upon arrival — a basket of snacks and all the necessary information had been thoughtfully prepared for us. I would especially like to note that each lodge has plenty of space around it, ensuring guests’ privacy. The range of nearby attractions is impressive — Ben Nevis, Steall Waterfall, the ski resort, Glenfinnan Viaduct, and more.Glen Nevis Holidays is a hidden gem, offering a prime location, friendly and private atmosphere, and high-standard hospitality at a very reasonable price. We feel very lucky to have stayed there. We enjoyed every single day. Thank you!
Back again for my second holiday in fabulous Glen Nevis ,fantastic place to stay everything you need close by, will be back next year 😃
The facilities on Cameron are absolutely fantastic. The chemical waste area was Impressive, the only drawback both hoses had brushes secured to the end which hindered the rinsing of the cassette
We had a very brief overnight stay with you in our camper van. Everyone were very freindly and helpful . Would love rto spend longer at your campsite next time we are in Scotland wry clean facilities.
Have been visiting this site for more years than I want to admit. Surroundings are stunning. Location magical and convenient. Staff always helpful, efficient and friendly. Walking and climbing in every direction. Excellent bars and eating out within walking distance. A hidden gem. It is a busy site in high season but the facilities cope well.Breaking news! They are starting to open all year. Booking online.
The campsite was easy to find and we arrived earlier than expected, the site did accommodated our early arrival as the site was quite empty( as it was end of season).Unfortunately for glen bevis ths weather was so bad our 4 night stop turned to 1 night, being positioned under trees the rain and wind was very disturbing and ths wind was lift our awning, with not much to do but sit and watch the wind and rain we decided to leave.During our short stay we did use facilities, the toilets though tired ,were very clean with radio playing ,the showers though strug8to impress as the water glow was a light sprinkling and water Luke warm and even more tired than toilets but still very clean. There was a lovely pot washing area and large laundry room, dogwash areas and waste disposal areas. The pitches were large gravel pitches be warned to take substantial pegs as some od ours would go in ths ground and be wary to your positioning as we ended up maneuvering around manholes with guy ropes.
Th site is orderly with nice clean facilities. The weather is Scottish weather, the location is amazing if you want to climb Nevis. A bar and Reaturant is a short stumble away.
