Been going there every year since in opened and will keep going back with grandkids

The man who drives the buggy has a bad attitude and the lady with short hair from the bar is extremely rude and aggressive on occasions.It’s a shame it is a nice site and lovely location the shower and toilets are lovely and kept clean.I think if spaces are clean and ready for next customer there should be a little Lee way to let new arrivals on site a little earlier if they come slightly early.

Great site local to all tourist attractions in north wales. Clean site, great facilities.

Good camp but found a 2pm pitch a bit odd when it was empty and you have to be gone by 11am. I get that’s policy but the 6 surrounding campers and motor homes was all family yet I had to wait 2 hour to pitch up although it was vacant . And after waiting due to the being told this pitch having to be checked no one actually did. . Apart from that we had a good time.

Touring park is great well kept, not sure why you have to enter a code every time you wanted to use the facilities, it’s pointless.We got there early as it was forecast rain I went to ask if we could get on the pitch and the lady not sure if she is the manager said no you will have to wait , the pitch was empty but she would not budge we was friends aswll who was next to us and made us wait, I also explained that I had an operation on my leg and I needed it to kept dry , she still wouldn’t budge, and the old guy driving the golf cart around is utterly rude as well , grunting going past you at speed , so we eventually got set up and went in the club for drinks and bingo , one of the drinks was not right so the woman manager who I spoke to earlier snatched the drink out of my hand and virtually nearly threw a new one on the bar, I felt utterly embarrassed and degraded by her attitude, if you had new staff .Thanks Donna

The site is well laid out and managed. It has nice access to a lovely beach with a path to either Prestatyn or Rhyl.The showers, toilets, washing up and laundry areas were very nice and always beautifully clean.Thank you very much for a lovely stay with our grandchildren. Best wishes Kathy Cross

Deliberately stayed here because of the direct access to a wonderful sandy, safe beach and amazing cycle track.The staff were great, the facilities wonderful. Perfect in every way apart from one thing. Whereas we appreciate that the sports bar was brilliant for those who like it, we were disappointed that there was no quiet(er) area to sit in and have a drink.

Very clean and Great for kids.

The site was clean unfortunately the showers are not adjustable and far too hot for children the web page does not give an accurate view of the site . Beach excellent and easy to get to bus stop just outside the camp site
