Stayed for 2 nights, facilities very good, spotless in bathroom and shower area, staff very friendly, the only drawback was the young people from the area, shouting late on Saturday night was the worst, and leaving rubbish behind them when the bins were definitely not that far away
We would both definitely say we love how friendly all the staff are and they all make us feel so welcome! We do enjoy the beautiful walk’s around the park especially the one around the lake where we also get chatting to so many people, also there’s different activities going on in the park we never seem to get bored!
Staff pleasant park lovely and clean facilities clean really enjoyed out weekend
The setting of the campsite is ideal for young families as well as older campers. Relaxing and beautiful park and lake. Facilities in good order and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Great facilities, showers were clean and spacious.
Everything was pretty good, showers and toilets very modern and clean, good chemical waste disposal and a fairly level parkup. Downsides were no wifi, couldn't connect to domain specified and password didn't work on any other. Second gripe would be just as were sitting down to enjoy our bbq there was a very loud outdoor christian service. As my partner is muslim she found this quite unsettling. If this had of been kids with loud music they would have been chased off, so why should we be forced to listen to someone preaching so loudly we couldn't hear our own music. Surely if the lifeboat have their own hall people can choose to go and hear them but when they strike up in a public park they force their retoric on others wether we want to hear it or not. As we were only staying one night and this went on for about an hour and a half it took the edge of the evening a bit. On the upside, the park is fantastic with a lovely walk round the lake and had great breakfast in the linen green
A great place to stay. Very clean facilities and a great area for both children and dogs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Brilliant site well spaced out friendly staff great walks
Lovely clean and tidy site with plenty of space between pitches. Our pitch overlooked a field and woodland, which was nice. A couple of short, easy walks around the lake and through the woodland. Play park for children. Modern toilet and shower block.
Fantastic site with fantastic facilities and staff. All round fantastic. Would recommend with absolutely no hesitation.
