Dulas Meadow

4.8 (63 reviews)

Alison & Gregg welcome you to Dulas Meadow, Anglesey's newest campsite. An adult-only site with top quality facilities for both camping and motorhomes. The site has sprawling views of meadow and mountain, and is only a short hop away from Anglesey’s famed sandy beach of Lligwy.

Alison & Gregg are an entrepreneurial couple with incredible memories of camping in the beautiful surroundings of Anglesey over the years. It has been their dream to run their own site and give others the opportunity to experience an area so close to their hearts. This site is their dream come true.

The campsite boasts 10 pitches in total - 8 with electricity, standard to large sizes, and 2 are extra large, without electricity. There are 3 drinking water points within close proximity, so you never have to walk far for water! Wherever you are on the campsite, there is a stunning view. Much attention has been given to you being able to park your car close to your tent without taking them onto the field and disturbing the pretty location.

The vibe may be exclusive, but at the same time, we’ve put the emphasis on helping you make new friends. We have two little social areas where you may bump into that person who becomes a lifelong friend: after all, holiday friendships always have that extra special connection.

Nobody likes a draughty shower block either, and this is where Alison’s love of the deluxe really kicks in. Our showers are warm and welcoming – more like a VIP area than something you’d expect to find in a field on Anglesey.

We’re still putting the finishing touches to Dulas Meadow, and we’re really aiming to be one of the best motorhome sites in North Wales.

We offer four hardstanding motorhome pitches, two with water, electricity and grey waste. There is also one grass motorhome pitch. These hardstanding pitches have uninterrupted views and a rolling field in front of them.

Meadow Blossom will open in late April 2023 and will bring some pamper to the camper! She has a dinky lounge to share a coffee, shower, toilet and a mirrored space for that all-important blow dry before becoming wind-swept!

Flushing Meadow is for both male and female campers and caravanners, with one shower and two toilets. Finished to a high specification, each cubicle has its own sink.

Meadow Suds is our dish washing cabin. It has hot and cold running water, sinks and draining area for all Dulas Meadow guests to use.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was great and a good laugh. Even before meeting the owners, they were very helpful and friendly over text helping with recommendations of what to do on the island as we had never been before. Really liked the site, great location with some stunning beaches closeby. The site was really well maintained pitch and facilities, very clean and hygienic. The site was also peaceful and respectfully quiet at night with no bonfires etc, felt very safe on the sight. Thank you for a lovely stay Gareth and Larissa

Dulas Meadows is an excellent adult only site for camping/ caravaning. Generous sized pitches, friendly welcome from Alison and Gregg, and so very peaceful. The facilities on site are immaculate and extremely well maintained. And the views are amazing! There are beautiful coves and beaches, just 10mins drive away. We loved it and will definitely be returning. I can highly recommend Dulas Meadows.

Lovely stay at Dulas Meadow.

Porschke, Kareen - 13/06/2025

Good communication before arrival, very friendly welcome and staff. Large pitch with lovely countryside views. Facilities all excellent and clean. I would consider booking again if wanted to visit the stunning Traeth Y Ora. We visited.Moelfre for the morning of arrival day and had some lunch in the cafe. Well worth a visit. Day. 2 we walked to the stunning mostly deserted beach for a swim then headed along the coast path to Traeth Ligwy. Nice cake and a cuppa, then headed back. Stopped and sat outside the Pilot for a drink. Even though a fair bit of the walk at the start and end is along the road, it is lovely this time of year with flowers, birds and hardly any traffic. We would rather be paying less for a pitch per night but overall for us it was well worth the cost.

Beautiful backdrop

Walters, Dave - 10/06/2025

The site was very quiet when we were there in early June. We were welcomed and shown around by the friendly owner who has constructed most of the excellent, rustic facilities himself - he evidently likes working with wood! All was very clean and tidy - a few toilets, showers, dishwashing sink, elsan point - all you need for a camping break, but with a shared fridge, freezer and microwave available! All with a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills.

Beautiful and tranquil

Bailey, Rich - 05/06/2025

Dulas Meadow is located 1/4 mile down a slightly narrow lane, just off an A Road- Access was easy in our 7m motorhome. What a beautiful location, and a perfectly manicured grass camping spot for tents. A little further on and you reach the motorhome spots. They a virtually level and look down across the valley. They are nicely sheltered and not overlooked. We were met by the owner who showed us round the place and all of the amenities. Everything was spotlessly clean and just lovely. There is a ladies only area too which was a nice touch.Sitting areas and a communal fire pit just ensures your peaceful stay.We only stayed a couple of nights but it was enough to know that it was the best campsite we have ever stayed at and we will definitely return. This really was our kind of campsite… small, quiet, peaceful and just perfect!

This was our third visit to the site and we had another warm welcome from Alison and Greg. The site is immaculate and a real little haven of peace and quiet. The great thing is that it is so easy to explore the whole island from this site and the surrounding area is full of nature beauty and fantastic eateries. We will certainly be back!
