Duffus Estate campsite is a great new site in a beautiful location. The facilities are new and kept very clean and staff are friendly. There are lots of walks and trails to explore from the site, perfect with dogs!The coffee huts at Duffus house and at Duffus Castle are a lovely bonus with good coffee and bakes.Duffus shop and post office has a fab selection of goods, including local produce and is a short walk or drive away and is open 7 days a week.We really enjoyed seeing the planes from nearby RAF Lossiemouth overhead too.The local area is great, lots to see and explore including Lossiemouth, Roseisle woods, Findhorn, shops in Elgin and local places to eat out ( Nineteen Twenty cafe at Covesea, Harbour Lights at Lossiemouth both very good for lunches)We’ll definitely return!

We were looking for somewhere to stay for a few days on our recent tour of Scotland and found this site by chance. From the moment we made contact (with Annie) by phone, we knew we were going to love it. Prior to arrival, Annie explained what pitch number we’d be on, the best way to access it, how the EHU worked and where we’d find our information pack if the reception was unmanned when we arrived. Everything about the site was excellent, from the pristine shower and toilet facilities to the endless walks around the estate and beyond. Annie was an absolute mine of information and readily shared her local knowledge. She gave us directions on how to join the coast path, how to visit Duffus Castle and so many other places. We walked the coast path with our dogs, had lunch in a dog friendly pub in Hopeman called the Braemou Inn where super friendly staff shared more local knowledge.

Lovely campsite with fantastic views and a peaceful setting. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything is well organised, making for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and happily return.

Excellent site and walks were brilliant for family and dogs our 2 loved it. The site is immaculate can’t wait to see what they add on in future. Towns near by to visit and shop 🥰 looking to book here again this October can’t wait. Would highly recommend Duffus estate to anyone

We had a fantastic stay! The campsite and all the facilities were very modern, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it so much that we spontaneously decided to stay longer. The whole property is beautifully kept, and for the price, we would definitely recommend it!

Lovely campsite. So peaceful. We met some handsome highland coos. Facilities were immaculate. Will definitely be returning.

Prompt replies on enquiry before booking from Annie. Good pitch size with lovely view, convenient water tap on pitch, very quiet. Walk to Duffus Castle is 2.5 km, mainly off road. Next time we'll take bikes, as it will be good cycling from the campsite. Visited and had a meal in Lossiemouth, great beach!

Amazing campsite!!! Great location tucked away in beautiful surroundings. Immaculately maintained/serviced & very quiet. Not much close by but just a short distance to Hopeman, Lossie, etc. Great Cafe on the lawn & lots of trails to explore. Spacious Walled Garden Tent area & numerous vehicle pitches spread across the site. Fantastic facilities/utilities. Very clean & modern with ample to serve all visitors. Dedicated electrical power (additional low cost online sign up) plus water tie-in’s. Chocks recommended for Vehicle pitches but surfaces well prepared with space for awning.

I was welcomed to the site and introduced to what they had to offer in terms of welfare facilities (which were kept clean throughout my stay), electric hook-up, water and the location of local shop and Pizza Hut close by. I was welcomed to cycle/walk around the estate where the area was well maintained and was just stunning! I really enjoyed visiting Duffus Castle and grabbing a coffee too! Everyone was so friendly and I felt it was the perfect location for my first solo camping trip away! I was able to cycle to Hopeman very easily via cycle paths and was able to explore the Moray coast with ease! Would highly recommend to all!
