Brilliant campsite with excellent facilities: Arrived & was given a warm welcome & escorted to our pitch.Pitches are well spaced & customers are requested to pitch awnings so customers aren’t over looking each other.Play area is situated in the middle of the site which is accessible but also avoidable 🤣Facilities are handily placed on both sides of the site & are clean, well maintained & in good working order.Location is handy for public transport into Edinburgh with the bus 10 minutes away but we preferred the train from Wallyford which is 15 minutes away but the journey only takes 10 minutes.Staff are helpful (I even saw them giving a neighbour a jump start) & informative & the shop is well stocked!

Everything was spot on

I was denied entry because my van had advertising on it. The only upside: the refund allowed me to make a profit of €0.06. I wish this strange rule—which I haven't encountered at any other campsite—had been communicated more clearly beforehand; that way, at least I wouldn't have incurred diesel costs for a wasted trip. Poor customer service! The only positive aspect was the nice lady at reception.

Everything was just amazing! Really enjoyed my stay at the little pod - it had everything I needed and very close to all the amenities! Super friendly and helpful staff! I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The welcome and staff are fantastic. The pitches are great, was a little odd no wind breakers are allowed, would have been good to know this before arrival but didn't affect stay.The toilet facilities and showers are superb, definitely right up there in comparison to other sites.Unfortunately the barking dogs let it down tremendously, we go for peace and quiet and wasn't ideal being woken up by dogs.Would be good if you kept all dog owners together maybe?Would love to come back but this has persuaded me otherwise.

We had relaxed days because of a extremly friendly staff,clean and sufficient facilities.Good connectins via public transport to Edinburgh.

The site is exceptional, immaculately maintained and tailored to suit your needs whatever type of stay you are looking for, can’t recommend highly enough.
