We are extremely proud of our modern family shower and laundry facilities which add further convenience and quality for visitors to our Park and are completely accessible for any disabled guests staying with us.
We provide a safe and inclusive children’s area and outdoor gym for our young guests. In addition to this, we also provide a table tennis area, picnic and barbeque areas, a popular nature walk and a collection of insightful visitor information.
Drumaheglis Marina is one of the few and most attractive access points to the Lower River Bann, with superb natural landscapes, making it an idyllic riverside location for cyclists, walkers and water enthusiasts.

Love staying here staff are so friendly help whenever needs to tell everyone about drumaheagles and how nice it is and quite
Drumaheglis has great access to the river Bann for a variety of watersports including stand up paddle boarding and waterskiing. The site itself is a little tired, with overgrown trees blocking sunlight and some pitches dark and in the shade for most of the day. This leaves the grass areas damp/mushy so they can’t be driven on (or even walked on ) without sinking in.The staff are helpful and resolve any issues (within their power) promptly.Once a 5* site, sadly it needs a bit of money spent on it to bring it up to the standard of other sites in the area.
Everything you need is here! The pods were clean with a fridge and kettle, double bed and 2 singles. On first glance at the heater, I didn’t have much faith but boy how powerful it was and we were all toasty. There’s a fabulous cafe on site which we highly recommend paying a visit to. All the bathroom & outside kitchen facilities were immaculately kept. These pods really are value for money and a hidden gem.
Beware - this is one of a number of council run holiday parks in this area and they are seen as cash cows.We booked for two nights but left after one because the facilities block was sub-standard. The lights go out while you are showering. You pay £1 for a shower but lose much of the time waiting for the hot water to arrive. The warden is tearing his hair out waiting for the council to do simple plumbing maintenance. Only book for a stay close to the end of your holiday because the council have sufficient red tape to stop valid claims for early leaving refunds unless you complete and submit the claim documentation very quickly. Having said that, the general appearance of the site and the pitches themselves are fine. If you generally use the facilities within your own van and don't want a facilities block you may be happy here.
Site was a good base for sightseeing and the amenities were all good and clean. Great cafe on site and nice setting with the marina. Perhaps it was a bit late in the season (September) but not much activity at the marina. Shame there weren’t any walks along the river.
Very helpful gent in reception. Happy to be able to select own pitch.Good facilities though cleaning could be better (lots of cobwebs).Great for a dog.Nice location but unfortunately weather meant that we could not make the most of our stay.Overall; very satisfied for the price.
Our first time there. Lovely, apart from weather! Will definitely be back. Slip Cafe well worth a visit!
Lovely stay, clean facilities and park, spacious pitches, good Wi-Fi and a lovely cafe onsite
Lovely site, well maintained and lovely staff. Nice and quite which was great. Great coffee shop on site. Wi-Fi could do with investment in a better system, very hit or miss.
