Drumaheglis Holiday Park and Marina holds a 5* rating and enjoys a secluded location on the banks of the Lower River Bann with adjoining marina. The Lower River Bann is an excellent location to indulge in your favourite pastime, be it fishing, sailing or canoeing.
On site, guests can choose to stay on 1 of our 55 hard standing pitches with both water and electric hook up, in our well-maintained tent area or in 1 of our 5 cosy glamping cabins.
"The Slipway", our on-site cafe & coffee shop, offers guests an area to purchase meals, snacks and beverages and even grab a sweet treat from the Ice-Cream Parlour.
We are extremely proud of our modern family shower and laundry facilities which add further convenience and quality for visitors to our Park and are completely accessible for any disabled guests staying with us.
We provide a safe and inclusive children’s area and outdoor gym for our young guests. In addition to this, we also provide a table tennis area, picnic and barbeque areas, a popular nature walk and a collection of insightful visitor information.
Drumaheglis Marina is one of the few and most attractive access points to the Lower River Bann, with superb natural landscapes, making it an idyllic riverside location for cyclists, walkers and water enthusiasts.
Facilities onsite include direct public access to the River Bann, the "Bann River Cruises" cruiser hire, a secure 32 Berth Marina with water & electric services, along with a boat park, slip way and jetty with floating pontoons.
The site is just 3 miles from the town of Ballymoney which has a leisure centre, Memorial Gardens to road racing legends Joey and Robert Dunlop, and the Ballymoney Museum where you can encounter and explore thousands of years of history.
Within a 30 minute drive, visitors can explore the Dark Hedges, the whole arc of beaches and holiday resorts stretching along the Causeway Coast, the fabled Glens of Antrim and the famous Giant’s Causeway World Heritage site.

Lovely stay, clean facilities and park, spacious pitches, good Wi-Fi and a lovely cafe onsite
Lovely site, well maintained and lovely staff. Nice and quite which was great. Great coffee shop on site. Wi-Fi could do with investment in a better system, very hit or miss.
The place itself was fabulous...we arrived in belfast at 6.30 in the evening it We received an voicemail explaining their is a limited headroom when approaching the park with the numbers we would need to lift the barrier we arrived at 7.50 it was starting to get dark The only issue we had was not being able to see numbers on the pitches
Excellent facilities and beautiful surroundings Slipway cafe very good with a great ambience and friendly staff and not expensive would highly recommend the potato bread stackHave booked another weekend there
The bathrooms were very tired, but clean. A shower costs £1 for 8 minutes! Certainly not up to CAMC standards. The warden was very friendly, with a lot of helpful information. Not always on site, but reachable by phone.A lot of pitches are occupied by people using their caravans as statics, so hardly anyone was actually there. Whether that's a good or a bad thing is a matter for opinion. Some of the pitches were waterlogged. We found the site very quiet and pleasant, with plenty of space, greenery & trees. There's a café on site, which is pleasant, but no shop at all. However, there are large supermarkets within 3 miles.Fairly close to things you'd want to visit - Giant's Causeway, beaches, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. All highly recommended. The site is a marina as well as a caravan park, but we saw no signs of it being used at all, possibly because of the days and dates we were there.
An excellent campsite, clean and well organised but I simply don't understand why there has to be an extra charge for showers.
Well maintained site friendly helpful staff good sized pitches for both caravans and motorhomes. Good hot water for dishes. If washing machine facilities were available that would be beneficial. Very peaceful and relaxing with lovely walks. The slipway cafe is an added bonus with friendly staff and delicious food. Close to Ballymoney and Coleraine. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
Very clean site toilet/ showers very clean. Lovely cafe on site
My wife was speaking to the staff when we arrived. Friendly and helpful. The pitch we had was good. £1 for shower but you get 8 minutes. Nice walks for the dog etc. Not long but happy enough. Showers and toilet clean enough. Didn't get to the cafe. Very pleased with our stay.
