Very clean and well kept site and easy to get to when you come off the M55.Great sized pitches, I wouldn’t advise plastic pegs as the ground is very hard, steel pegs much better, they sell them in the site shop.Love the sound of the fighter jets just across the road, if it’s not your thing they are few and far between.The Ship Inn is great for a meal or drink, food excellent.No need to walk away down the road 3/4 mile to Ship Inn, as you leave the site there is a public footpath 100yds down the road on the right which will reduce the walk to about 1/4 mile.Could do with bigger recycling bins as the small ones that they have were full during our stay, other than that we’ll be back.

We have visited before and as always the site is clean and tidy. A warm welcome from staff at check in and we're very accommodating when we asked for a bigger pitch. Amenities are spotless. We love this site because it is easily reached from home and a lovely area. Always recommend a visit to the Ship inn.

My wife and I stayed 6 days for the Lytham festival we are both in our 70s easy access to the village for restaurants and bus number 68 to Lytham will book for next year

A beautiful, quite, clean and well equipped campsite, just a short drive or taxi ride away from Lytham. The staff were happy, friendly, chatty and very helpful. We would definitely stay again in the future. We enjoyed it so much we paid the extra fiver for a late check out just to get the most of our break away from home.

Great time herePitches are fully serviced and a great size.Showers and facilities are good if neededCan walk to several pubs and the lovely village of freckleton and only 5 miles from Lytham with good transport links.

Lovely campsite with full amenities. Close to local village with spar and 3 pubs. Great location for exploring. Accessible coastal path 5.mins away. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great site with big, level pitches. Very clean, modern shower block. Small shop on site, lovely staff. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Donkey Creek FarmStaff were warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived We couldn't believe how absolutely spotless everywhere was.. definitely the cleanest shower and toilet facilities we've ever seen.Highly recommend Thank you for a beautiful stay

A very friendly greeting , a nice large level pitch with superb facilities. The location is great for lytham, Blackpool etc . Good pubs and great food within walking distance.We will definitely be back
