Our Standard pitches have a hard standing area for a car and a single axle caravan or small motorhome. Standard pitches are not suitable for awnings, canopy's (pull out canopy's too), double axle caravans or large motorhomes. Please look at our Large or Patio pitches if you have any of these requirements.

Car Parking

• Fire regulations only allow one Vehicle to be parked on your pitch and any time. Our main car park has very limited space at peak time.

Plumbing

• Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your caravan pipe work will plumb directly into our mains water and waste water systems.

All of our Large pitches have hard standings for a caravan and car with space for a full awning. Some will accept double axle caravans or large motorhomes.

Check in from 1pm to 9pm and check out before 11am.

All of our Patio pitches have a hard standing for a caravan and full awning, with car parking for one car alongside

The pitches have a small wooden storage hut with windows and a lockable door. Outside, there is a paved patio area with a picnic table and 4 chairs.

All of these pitches will accept double axle caravans and large motorhomes.

We have nominated pitches for 2 man tents in our main touring area.

Tents can be booked two weeks in advance of stay.

We have nominated pitches for 4 man tents in our main touring area. We will only accept up to a maximum size of a 4 man tent when our touring area is quieter, unfortunately we cannot accept 4 man tents during peak periods such as bank holiday weekends.

Sleeping a maximum of 4 people, our 2 bed wheelchair accessible caravan holiday home has been specifically designed with wheelchair users in mind. It has two twin rooms with sliding doors for ease of manoeuvre. The wet room has a sealed, slanted self-draining floor, designed to allow wheelchair users full access to the facilities.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including an integrated fridge freezer, microwave and gas cooker all at low level for ease of access and reach.

In the lounge you can relax in front of a 32" TV with DVD player.

We also supply all of the bed linen along with one set of bath and hand towels per person.

Travel cots and high chairs availible on request and are free of charge - Please note: we do not supply bedding for travel cots.

Sleeping a maximum of 4 people, our higher specification 2 bed caravan holiday homes offer a little more room than our 3 bed models, particularly in the double room which features an en suite toilet and a king-size bed.

In the lounge, you can relax in front of a 32" TV with DVD player.

The fitted kitchen is full equipped with everything you will need including an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, and gas cooking facilities

Sleeping a total of six people, our new 3 bed Willow caravan holiday homes has a spacious open-plan layout and benefit from a higher specification from our Pine 3 bed models.

These have been introduced by customer demand for that little extra and offer an integrated 70/30 split fridge freezer (Some have dishwashers), king-size beds (in 2 Bed Models) and a much more spacious double bedroom with en-suite in the 3 bed models.

We also supply all the bed linen, along with one set of bath and hand towels per person.

Travel cots and high chairs available on request and are supplied free of charge — Please note: we do not supply bedding for travel cots.

We have equipped the Little Lodge with the basics for the best possible glamping experience. The bunk beds are adult sized and the table in the lounge drops into place to form a double bed, similar to a touring caravan. The toilet block with showers, baths, and kitchen wash-up facilities is less than 50 meters away.

The kitchen has a Fridge/Freezer, toaster, kettle, and microwave oven. Please bring your own camping tableware and cutlery.

You will also need to bring a sleeping bag or duvet and pillows.

There is a picnic bench and a small patio area provided outside both of our Little Lodges.

Double glazing and panel heaters are fitted in our Little lodges, and all gas and electric is included in the price of the hire. A 19-inch TV with Freeview channels and built in DVD player is also provided.

Unlike our hire fleet, the Little lodges can be hired for one day at a time. Prices include VAT.

Sleeping a maximum of 4 persons, our Eden Lodges at 36ft x 20ft are very spacious, with one en-suite double bedroom, one large twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.

We have equipped the Lodge with everything we think you will need for a comfortable stay with us. We also supply all the bed linen along with one set of bath and hand towels per person.

The lounge area is equipped with a comfortable 3 piece suite, a 32″ flat screen LCD T.V fitted with integrated DVD player. Across from the lounge is the dining area adjoining the well-equipped and roomy kitchen. The kitchen has all mod cons including a large Fridge/Freezer, gas cooker microwave oven and dishwasher. Double Glazing and Gas central heating is fitted throughout our lodges, and all gas and electric is included in the price of the hire. Please note, babies count as one person when working out occupancy.

The Master bedroom has fantastic clothes storage space and an en-suite toilet and Bath/shower. The twin bedroom also has a wall mounted 22inch TV with DVD player. The separate bathroom has a standalone shower, WC and wash basin.

Travel cots and high chairs can be requested and are supplied free of charge (We do not supply bedding for travel cots). Please note that although there is a ramp next to the lodge for easier access, this does not mean this is a wheelchair accessible lodge.
