Cornish Getaways own and manage 6 properties situated within the Camel estuary Area of the North Cornwall Coast.
There are 4 delightful apartments, all recently renovated, in the picturesque harbour town of Padstow.
In recent years Padstow has become famous for being a foodie’s heaven with lots of wonderful local produce, and being home to TV chefs Rick Stein & Paul Ainsworth.
There are also two wonderful beach side properties in Polzeath, which is on the other side of the Estuary. Polzeath is a highly popular surfing beach and has lots of activities to offer.

Rigi is perched on the edge of the cliff at Polzeath with panoramic views of the beach, Pentire Point and the village.

Yoho Cottage is one of 5 traditional cottages on the hill leading into Polzeath from the Trebetherick side. The accommodation has been arranged to make the most of the views from the front & back of the property.
It features 3 bedrooms and a cloakroom (with shower) downstairs and a large open plan lounge, kitchen/diner upstairs along with the family sized bathroom.
Outside there is a large split-level patio at the front giving wonderful views of Polzeath village and the beach. Leading off the dining area upstairs is a large decked area, giving glimpses of Pentire Point and out to sea.
Parking for two cars is provided in the nearby Tristram Car Park, just a short 2-minute walk away.

The property is comfortable ; has stunning views and is well situated for amenities and walking .It is an upmarket property and our only complaint is that it does not have a washing machine / tumble drier facility .
With its position right in the middle of Padstow this clean, well equipped apartment is perfectly placed. We had a warm welcome from the lady who was taking care of the apartments and she was helpful and flexible throughout our stay arranging for extra linen, early refuse collection and generally being a star.The only downside of the location is the noise created by delivery vehicles early in the morning, that did not stop us having a smashing time and was not enough to prevent us from returning.First class!
The apartment was absolutely lovely, we could not have been more delighted. It seems churlish to say anything other than great things about the accomodation and the location as both were fabulous, and we had a truly lovely holiday. Do take note - if you are planning a stay in Padstow, get your restaurants booked early, if you want to eat at either Ainsworth's or Stein's then plan well ahead of your trip as they were both booked solid, months in advance.Padstow is a fabulous location and I had not realised what a beautiful beach they have as well as the bustling harbour town that it is ! Take a walk around the back streets of Padstow to see charming stone architecture and lots of lovely shops. All this being said the only negative thing I can say about Obby Oss is that it would have been nice if the sash windows had opened from the top down as well as from the bottom up. So just for full disclosure positive points can also have a negative aspect eg the apartment is situated right in the middle of Padstow amazing for access to all amenities, this did however make it rather noisy and even though we also live in a Cornish seaside resort, as we are away from the seafront we did not realise how early the seagulls get up in the morning and how noisy they are when the weather is hot and the windows are open, that being said we were blessed with beautiful weather and I would rather that than rain ! Traffic noise in the centre of Padstow also starts early and some delivery drivers were rather insensitive sounding their horns from 5am onwards, but again with windows closed this would have been less of an issue. We were above Anns Cottage surf shop and they do start playing their music as soon as the shop is open 9am onwards which can be heard in this first floor apartment.But if you are still reading - we had a fab holiday - thank you to Paul for putting this forward in the Cornwall Air Ambulance Auction.
