On arrival we were impressed with the pod - modern, good layout, clean, quite spacious. Would've been nice to have a decent sized frying pan and saucepan, the later didn't even register on the induction hob! Also, no colander, scissors or kitchen knife. I know it's classed as glamping but still.The site is fine. Not many facilities but fairly quiet and easy to get to. We don't fish but it seems quite well setup for it.The staff were friendly.

We stayed in a lodge on horseshoe lake which I had booked for my partners birthday. I did realise this was a coarse lake which my partner was skeptical about as he is a carp angler!Well…he had more success on this small lake than any other carp lake he’s been to for a while so he was very chuffed with his 4 catches! The lodge was lovely, very clean, warm and comfortable.Us and the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Place was clean and tidy and well thought out. We enjoyed our long weekend here. If I had one criticism it would be there was an oven but no trays or pots to put in it. But this did not ruin our experience. I will just take some when I next go. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Overall a lovely place. Will definately go again.

Lovely little fishing pod that we stayed in had all accessories, pub with live music on site which we didn't know about but will definitely go to next stay. Not many big fish in the pond we were on but will book different pond next time if available. 15 min walk into town and beach plenty of pubs and places to eat and the odd amusements.Overall lovely stay and the weather helped as was warm for the time of year.

We had a lovely, quiet break here, the accommodation was lovely and comfortable, although the table was missing from our POD and possibly could have done with some oven dishes, simple/cheap ones to be able to use the oven more. Minor inconvenience though as we just had take aways.Our biggest issues was the fishing. What little we did catch was 'small fry' but through the whole week we barely made it into double figures with the number of fish, (and there were 6 of us fishing). 2 of us also paid to fish the Moat lake onsite to try another location, spent 4 hours and not a single bite. We fished with various baits, and were told by others the most effective was maggots which we had been using all along anyway. Was just disappointing that the fishing wasn't better.Not the fault of Chapel fields but the onsite café 'The Den' was also barely open, did not advertise their opening hours for drinks or food, found this to be very disappointing also. Overall, not a place we will return to.

This is our second time here and was another wonderful break away. If you want peace and tranquility this is defiantly the park for you. Reception staff are extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely stunning glamping pod our first time in one we used to have a tourer on here for 11 years or more..won’t go or stay anywhere else..pod was lovely and clean and fishing lakes beautiful defo recommend

My wife and I have stayed in the glamping pods twice and if your looking for a relaxing peaceful escape it's perfect. We would go out and about during the day to chapel itself or down to mablethorpe. But evening time just chill do a little fishing from your own private peg or the pond at the side. If your not interested in going out to the pub, load the fridge with wine and beer and chill on the veranda till the stars come out. It's quite and we love it. The staff leave you alone but are there for anything you need very friendly. The pods have everything you need and we find them value for money Highly recommend. 👍
