Clean, quiet site

Thompson, Gillian - 21/09/2023

We enjoyed access to the cafe, grounds but were a bit disappointed that the other attractions eg train werent still running. The pin number issued to us didnt work but there was another pin number written on the entrance barrier which meant the access to the caravan site was available for anyone mea ing it wasnt as safe as it couldve been. Perhaps this has recently broken and in the process of getting fixed. Toilets and showers were very clean and a changing places facility was also available. Beautiful surroundings and a lovely site, will definitely be back.

Ideal stopover for Larne ferry.

Davis, Martin - 18/09/2023

Ducato Van conversion for two nights 8-10 September 2023. Very helpful park assistants. Laundry facilities worked well, after getting tokens from Reception. Our Pitch was fully serviced, but the grey waste drain on the service post was too high for our under-slung waste drain, so we had to decant into washing up bowl and pour into the main drain by the bins, as no drive-over waste drain. Very Family-orientated site, with plenty of things to do. Would recommend for 1-2 night stay.

Friendly

Steele, Richard - 15/09/2023

Great wee spot helpful , plenty for the kids to do. Facilities were good. Only thing I would say bad is no dogs on campsite. Barking to all hours sum we’re fighting, sum people trust their dog to much.
