The log burner and log store are at your disposal for a cosy and comfortable stay. There is a Modern “smart TV” with integrated viewing apps including Netflix and iPod dock with DAB radio. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a front enclosed porch area.

On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and adjacent bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs is the king-size en-suite master bedroom with shower over bath, boasting a lovely window seat with beautiful views down to the river. Across the landing is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. The upstairs bedrooms have far-reaching views across the orchard garden and valley.

There is a private fully-enclosed garden with a BBQ, swing-set for the kids and a spacious bike/rod shed with space for up to 6 bikes and accessories.

Cobnuts Cottage is a delightful and quaint stable conversion full of character. It offers an open-plan layout with French doors opening onto your private garden and decking area with stunning views over the Camel Valley Vineyards. It is the ideal country retreat for couples or couples with a baby.

Cobnuts has a super comfortable four-poster super king-size bed, dressing room and lounge area with a log burner. The log burner and log store are at your disposal for a cosy and comfortable stay. There is a Modern “smart TV” with integrated viewing apps including Netflix and iPod dock with DAB radio. Set slightly raised up (4 steps) from the lounge and sleeping area is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including table and chairs, oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer (no dishwasher).

The large shower room and WC, and separate utility room with washing machine are both located just off the kitchen.

The outside area features an intimate enclosed decked patio and garden with a BBQ and outside seating perfect for enjoying meals outside and spectacular views over the valley. There is also a private, enclosed stable to store bikes and other equipment.

Buzzard Barn is a charming barn conversion full of character which was fully renovated in 2018 and enjoys beautiful views across the Camel Valley from all rooms.
