Bryn Ffanigl Ganol Camping is a small, family run caravan and camping park located in the heart of North Wales.
With its rolling hills and breath-taking views, this site is the perfect place to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Within easy reach of the North Wales coast, it is well placed for exploring the area. Equally, if you prefer to enjoy the picturesque countryside, there are many footpaths directly from the site. However, if you are after putting your feet up to relax in peace and quiet, this is also the site for you!
We provide our guests with large, spacious pitches which can be booked for either hardstanding, grass or tents. Located rurally on our small, family run farm, we provide a peaceful, friendly and quiet atmosphere. Bryn Ffanigl Ganol provides easy access to the North Wales coast and the A55 for exploring the area.
We are just 3 miles from the nearest beach and from the site, guests have a 360° breath-taking view of the rolling countryside. We are also a dog friendly site so please feel free to bring your furry friends along on holiday with you.
Significant developments have been undertaken over the past few years, most noticeably our returning customers will notice the addition of a modern facilities block. With our customers in mind, no expense has been spared when developing this, which includes underfloor heating throughout the block to maximise guests’ comfort!

We stayed for 6 nights , did not get any welcome at all.apart from.a email, the one person I saw and spoke to that worked there, was extremely rude and grumpy because I had parked my car on the grass which I wasn't told about or hadn't seen any signage either after it had been parked there for.4 days . I dont agree with people camping using the grass next to.our large pitch as a walk through and playground, its the only site ive ever stopped on where you dont have some grass of your own at the side of your pitch. The elsan point was overflowing everyday getting worse by each one that passed meaning you needed a strong stomach . The bins where over flowing same again everyday they got worse. I feel.you need to have more collections and more thorough cleaning when the site is full as in school holidays. The surrounding area is very nice , a local pub The Wheatsheaf was really pleasant and great food . The lane is a bite tight but passable to get to the site
First impression was it's clean with a lovely view. The facilities were very nice and clean. The overall site is fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this site to people and I will definitely be back.
We have been to this camp site a few times now and always had a good experience. It’s well looked after and not too big . It’s great for kids to play which is why we keep going back . Its also a good base to travel all over north wales if that’s what you like doing
The site is a short drive away from what North Wales has to offer. Some cracking pubs just 5 mins drive away for any sports you need to watch. Overall top site in a beautiful relaxing location
Staff very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble!, fantastic campsite, brilliant facilities. I first came for a weekend in July and then returned back in August for a week. Had the most amazing time me and my family here. Will definitely be returning.
The site is well maintained with very good facilities and we had a good sized pitch. Unfortunately there was a great deal of noise - shouting, screaming from kids and adults - in the evenings up to around 10pm due to large groups of children/parents playing ball games just feet away from our pitch, making it difficult to relax. The bottom part of the hill resembled a children’s play area.So not really a place if you want some quiet relaxation and would therefore avoid it in peak season - unless you have children who seem to have a great time running wild.
This is definitely on our list for a revisit, lovely clean site, showers spotless, plenty of space,a very sturdy chair & loads of hot water,a minor concern was the floors was quite slippy in the shower so took our foam shower mat from the caravan to put down, big pitches ours was fully serviced( pitch 5) & close to facilities, very friendly & helpful owners, thanks Sue for directions, managed to find our way out ok after the road closure 9th August 👍Would definitely recommend to others, village roads on approach as all roads in Wales was a little narrow but plenty of passing places
We returned to BFG in August 2026, having stayed there on a couple of occasions previously and thoroughly enjoying our stay. However, after this year's stay we will not be returning. The site was extremely noisy, with Children shouting, screaming and playing rounders in very close proximity to our tent, with Adults playing music and talking loudly at 11.30pm, which happened every night of our stay. Several other Guests had packed up and gone home early as had had enough of the noise, and after complaining to Management had been told 'Oh its just a bit of Summer fun', so we felt it was pointless to make a complaint. We also found that the toilets weren't as well maintained as on previous stays, there was a lot of toilet paper thrown on the floor sand in one corner of the showers left for three days and on the first evening when my Daughter had a shower, the drainage overflowed as hadn't been cleaned out properly.Unfortunately we will not be staying again.
Stayed here for a week with my family very peaceful and beautiful site toilets and showers were immaculate would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning
We found the site easy enough, our pitch had plenty of space lovely view all around even The cows popped heads over to say hello (which was lovely). Toilets ans showers well looked after and cean. Washing up facilities and even a fridge/freezer on site to use. Plenty of places only a short a drive. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
