We love this site it’s very clean and well looked after.staff are very friendly and helpful.there’s a lovely pub just next door food is nice.Scarborough is a short drive away or you can get the bus just outside of the site there’s a short walk to the beach as well highly recommend this caravan site

Excellent site and location ideal for bus services just outside of site entrance .Staff are very friendly polite and helpful . The site is good value for money very clean and tidy good location for numarus attraction and easy to get to with local bus services. Would highly recommend Browns can not fault it😎👍

Lady on Saturday morning was lovely always smiling. Could possibly have more singers on in week in school holidays. Other than that perfect holiday

Really enjoyed taking our granddaughters here for a few days, short walk to beach, every 30 minute bus service to Filey, Scarborough or Bridlington! Pub on entrance of site dog and family friendly, park for kids onsite! Defo coming back

We had a warm welcome at reception and the site rules are clear. Pitches are on a peaceful area to the rear of the statics and bordered by fields. The facilities were very clean and checked regularly. A short stroll brings you to the beach and coastal paths via a pedestrian subway under the main road. A bus stop just out of the site can mean travel to Scarborough, Filey or Bridlington is easy without having to park your car. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Site very clean & tidy well kept dog walk staff at the towbar were always cleaning & tiding never any empty glasses lying about staff very friendly & helpful

Good value, and modern clean facilities, However the main toilet block did not cater for anyone with a disability although it has a notice saying assistance dogs only. The toilet block by the children's playground has a Family room that can double as a Disabled toilet and shower and the TOW BAR PUB may have a disabled toilet but not sure. So I feel that the main Toilet block would have benefit from a disabled toilet and shower to give flexibility.

We had a great stay at Brown's caravan park, the park is well maintained and the facilities were always clean and tidy. The location is perfect for bus travel to Scarborough and Filey. Just a short walk outside to the left is Cayton bay a good beach for surfers.

The pitches are well spaced, the shower block clean and tidy. The big bonus is the Tow bar pub. Lovely food and entertainment
