We welcome touring caravans and motorhomes, and most pitches provide a 16amp Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches. The site is broadly split into two large fields, with traditional Devon hedgerows forming further breaks on these fields. The service block is centrally located, with easy access for all. We are able to provide pitches for both small and large tents, with or without Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches.
There are also cold water taps on site close to the pitches. Broadleigh Farm has two wash rooms specifically designed for people with limited mobility. The access to these rooms is flat and level, and the washrooms have a toilet, shower and sink to use.
Standard pitches with electric hook-up, suitable for Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans, Tents, Folding Caravans and Trailer Tents.

Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy any of the surrounding areas
Lovely and friendly place
Lovely site, well stocked shop. Overall great stay
Shower block smelly & dirty.washing machines don’t spin clothes properly. Shop never open. Male members of staff rude & blatantly lie which made our stay unbearable.
Lovely clean campsite, plenty of room for the kids to run about. Close to other popular places to visit. Can wait to go back.
I am disabled and relieved some very good help from staff. This was my first stay at Broadleigh Farm and will be back in August for two weeks and hope to get a permanent pitch for next season.
A very clean, quiet and pieceful site, we arrived on a Sunday and only stayed for 1 night, could do with more food facilities and a bigger shop on site with more flexible opening times especially at peak season, but other wise highly recommended
Enjoyed our stay good that it's close to most interesting places to visit,
Used Broadleigh Farm park several times . The site is clean and tidy . Facilities always spotless . Plenty of room on each pitch . If you book online on the actual broadleigh website , you can pick your own available pitch . They have a dog walking field , chip van comes on a Saturday . Cider shop on site too if you like Cider . Small site shop on site , although wasn't open for long each day this time . . Stoke Gabriel in walking distance , Paignton close by . Paignton zoo and Morrisons , 5 mins away . By car . Goodringtin sands , Torquay , Totnes , Newton Abbot . All not far away . Plenty for all the family . Approach along Stoke road to the campsite , can be a little hair-raising at times , as locals drive faster than visitors on the narrow lane , however there are plenty of passing places , and you do get used to it after the initial shock . And realise it's not so bad . So don't let that put you off . Everyone is usually obliging to reverse if necessary . I would r
Loved Broadleigh Farm Park. Pitch spaces are very well spaced out, plenty of communal areas and very quiet. The showers/toilets were very clean with large facilities. Plenty of hot water to shower in and a small office/shop selling essentials and of course their lovely ciders. We bought all to try and highly recommend them. You can even sign up for a cider making tour which my husband enjoyed, plenty of tasters. We have a dog and he had plenty of room to be off the lead in the adjoining field as there was no-one staying there. The small village is within easy access on foot or by car. Plenty of lovely beaches around within a short drive too. Would highly recommend staying there, we are planning on returning in September.
