Overall really enjoyed staying at benone complex. Would be nice is playing football around the caravans wasnt allowed as balls either hit the car or caravan. Other than that really enjoyed our stay

it would be good if Waves restaurant opened for dinner / evening mealsIt would be good if the pool was open from spring to SeptemberMore indoor amusements and activities would be good for those rainy daysThe kids love it and we are looking forward to the additional pitches coming soon

Had a great review in Banone despite the poor weather on 1 of the days. Great facilities, well kept and very clean, including a lovely 9 hole par 3 golf course. Some facilities were not open due to the time of year. Great location on the Causeway coast and situated right beside the beach and close to Downhill and Musenden Tempel. Only negative was that we stayed on a grass pitch and due to the weather the van got stuck. We got sorted however and we're moved to another pitch.

Overall we love this site however the reception area is uninviting and dull. In fact I thought it was constantly closed and avoided it upon arrival and while out with the family. It really could be doing with being much more inviting and welcoming. The staff were very polite and helpful mind you which was nice. We visited the large hall which was full, dark and cold and unloved. All the machines were turned off and there was no machine to lift money and the staff said they can’t do cashback. To me this is a massive missed opportunity for the council because we would certainly have spent money if we could. Times my family by hundreds I’m sure! The big hall could be modernised and much better utilised. That would be brilliant for those rainy days. Having things to do is key to having an enjoyable stay. You could go a step further and rent out bikes and carts etc and create a cycle path. The view of the mountains is absolutely beautiful yet the resort in that area is run down. Thank you

We have stayed her previously but this is our first this year and we are very impressed with the changes. The keypads are a great addition, as previously the main barrier and toilets keys were a nightmare. Toilets were spotless, cleaning has really ramped up and you can tell. Great job

Facilities are very clean the hot water sinks are great. Only downside is that it could do with a new park ..it's very small and only 3 items on it..but saying that my son still had fun in it
