Excellent stay. Not far off the M25. Easy to get to in a larger vehicle. Facilities nice and clean, well laid out, maintained well.

We arrived at Barleylands and easily found our pitch. After sorting things out, we discovered a fault with the EHU as it appeared to not be working correctly.Quick visit to site and explained the situation and was advised someone would come and have a look. The guys turned up and it was sorted with no complaints at all.After taking the cats for a small walk, we decided to have a look around and we were very surprised by what we found Two golf courses, one football and the other a great looking crazy course.The shop(s) were also well priced and so were entrance fees for which ever activity you choose to do.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return

It seems that all the good things of other camp sites have been incorporated in this site. Showers where you don't have to keep pressing a button to keep the water flowing. Plenty of room in each shower room with enough hooks for your clothing and towel. Pitches very clearly marked out with very clear directions to those pitches. Each pitch is perfectly flat with loads of room so you're not on top of one another. All the facilities are spotless and there is a cafe and restaurant close at hand.

Personally i left early because some young punks trashed up the place and especially the sanitary block in the morning. I read this remark before.The only thing i can think of as solution is a little more personal approach on reception and survey.I arrived and went on without meeting anyone from your organisation.RegardsJ.

great location, nice local pubs within short taxi ride, site was clean and well maintained. toilets were spotless and the pitches were large and well maintained.

The location is easy to get to, and there are many wonderful activities, form farm visit, horse riding, to small workshops. The campsite is neat and tidy always during lowe season. I will avoid Summer Holiday here though, I couldn't have a good night sleep because of neighbouring campers either play loud music til late, children leaving their toys everywhere, and couples fighting. The toilets and showers are decent, hot water shower and in general clean, but some campers are just not considerate, I would suggest leave a squidgy like other campsites do, make the people clean after themselves.

Brilliant stay definitely return
