Exceptionally clean site and facilities. Ideally situated for the village and surrounding areas. We extended our visit as so much to see and do, staff were very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Everything about the park from access, cleanliness, friendly staff to attractions in town including golf course were excellent. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a better park. We’re coming back.

Hi been going off and on to Ballater for years , but with illness we haven’t managed to go , phoned the site to try and book site as couldn’t remember the lay out of the site even looking at the map I couldn’t remember the location of the numbers , the lady was polite and had lots of patience for me as I am a bit slow at the moment, but didn’t appreciate the man’s voice in the back ground telling her to hang up , when we were having a conversation about what site to book , it was quite off putting, but despite that it’s a very well kept site , toilets are so clean, , very nice site indeed 👍

Cannot fault this park. In a beautiful spot and only a short walk from the cafes, shops etc in Ballater. Lovely walks nearby too. The site and facilities are as clean and well maintained as ever, and staff are friendly and efficient.

First time at this lovely site in Ballater and will definitely be back it's excellent situation to the town was great the cleanliness of the facilities were excellent all in all a great couple of days away and we'll definitely be back.

We ended up stay 6 nights, very close to town, large pitches, fantastic toilet and showers. Very helpful staff, the best motorhome service points, dog friendly, everything was lovely, can't think of anything that needs changing.

This place ticks all the usual boxes plus gives easy access to an interesting small town and several pleasant walks. Don't know why but it attracts nice people and has a really congenial atmosphere.

What an excellent site! We loved everything about it! Great space between pitches, facilities were clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and the site is an easy walk to the small town so access for a meal or shopping. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We recently spent three nights at Ballater Caravan Site. We have not been to the site since early 2017 when the whole village was still trying to get back on it's feet after the terrible damage and destruction caused by Storm Frank in December 2015.Back in 2017, it was a nice site just still a bit shell-shocked over what had happened - move on 8 years and the place is amazing! Still recognisable as the very same site but beautifully kept and the facilities are all absolutely spot-on.Run by Ballater Community Enterprise and they should be very proud of what has been achieved, not just in the caravan site, but also throughout the village. A lovely site and beautiful village - a credit to all those involved.We will definitely be back
