Toilet facilities was spotless & was nice suprise when there was a singer on in the barn which was really good too.

Fantastic camp siteStunning settingFacilities nice and cleanJust a shame it was spoilt by other loud selfish campers. Kept awake till gone 2am on 2 nights. Loud Scousers shouting and swearing. Run in with one family who kept kicking their football in our gazebo and knocking drinks flying when asked to move their goals slightly was met with abuse and swearing saying we shouldn’t have parked near the kids pitch/ goals. Should have stayed 3 nights but had to leave after 2 as was shattered with no sleep. Was told by group members that stayed it was like a different site in the Sunday, lovely and peaceful. So maybe we were unlucky.

Everything was perfect, we had everything we needed in the bell tent , the toilets and showers here immaculate, the food and drink in the bar where lovely and there was a singer on on the Saturday, my kids loved it and we can’t wait to get back there .We loved it so much we went and bought a tent to go back with.

The location is beautiful. Lovely access to Llangollen. Except the first part of the walk across farmers land is terrible. Not sign posted at all. Regards the campsite. Meet and greet was fine, nice helpful staff. Regards the campsite, awful. I went to the toilets at 8am on Sat morning and they were filthy and no toilet roll. I went for shower Sat mid morning, different block, after 2 mins into shower and the pressure completely died. Same thing happened to a friend in a different block. Tonnes of rubbish down by the stream. Very noisy site. Felt over booked. Thankfully only stayed 2 nights

Set in stunning location, really friendly and helpful staff. Llangollen just a five minute drive or 20 minute walk has fab restaurants and pubs, horseshoe falls just a 10 minute walk.The abbey on site well worth a visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Abbey Farm and would happily return. The views from the site of the abbey and the hills around are lovely. There is a lot of space which was great as we were staying with other families with children and our dog, so they all had a lot of room to play. The toilet/ shower facilities were cleaned pretty regularly but a bit hit and miss with the amount of water coming out of the shower head, as well as the temperature, some visits it was great and hot, others it was a trickle and cold.

We had 2 nights booked here but only stayed one night, it was awful! The toilet & shower blocks are shocking...dirty & need updating. Our pitch was on a tight corner with cars passing, sometimes at speed as there are no speed restrictions on this site. With young children playing, it's just an accident waiting to happen. Pitches poorly maintained & tents too close together, no health & safety in place. Recycling facilities are a skip behind a fence. The owners are to blame here. This site has so much potential with a beautiful backdrop. Won't be going back & wouldn't recommend.

Great site and friendly staff. Very beautiful. However, veey disappointed to see that there was no recycling points where the large skip was situated in the main campsite. The waste system needs improvement.
