"Stunning location!"

J Connor - Stayed with friends, Sep 2019

We had two days without rain, out of three, and spent them doing some hearty walks over the moors. The owner was really helpful with advice about walks to suit our needs. We had an OS map, and just set off! Fabulous scenery, unspoilt, and perfect! Will definitely come... We had two days without rain, out of three, and spent them doing some hearty walks over the moors. Wood Nook is a great location. I camped with my mum who is 70 and we walked from the site to Grassington via footpaths. We were given a really useful map (free) at reception. I will definitely return to Wood Nook and bring my dog next time. A fantastic weekend!

We returned again to Woodnook as it is in a beautiful position, has good facilities and is handy for the local pub for evening meals. We particularly like it as it feels rural and is not regimented like some sites. It is an easy walk from Grassington and Linton too. ...
