"Another lovely stay at Woodnook"

Mr K Holmes - Stayed with partner, Nov 2018

We keep on returning to Woodnook every year, so that says it all. Site and location is idyllic, friendly owners, can't fault it. "Red robin"

Mrs S Minto - Stayed with family, Oct 2018

Facilities were very clean. Plenty of water points and bins . Site well situated for visiting local attractions. It was our first visit to this site. Narrow road with passing places to site, care has to be taken. Would visit again.

"We love Wood Nook"

Anonymous - Stayed with family, Oct 2018

I first visited Wood Nook about 16 years ago with my son, then a toddler, and dog. We camped in a tent for a week and didn't want to go home. The following year we went again, this time with my parents in their caravan. We have been back several times since then. ... I first visited Wood Nook about 16 years ago with my son, then a toddler, and dog. We camped in a tent for a week and didn't want to go home. The following year we went again, this time with my parents in their caravan. We have been back several times since then. It's a lovely, friendly, family-run site. The access road is narrow but our 7m long caravan fits without a problem. My son is now 18, he was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome when he was 6. He has a very high level of anxiety all the time, he never really relaxes anywhere. On our most recent visit to Wood Nook my son told me that he felt relaxed there. For me that is the highest accolade he could possibly have given Wood Nook. (He loves the hot chocolate in the drinks machine too.)

"Wood nook park"

Mrs M Ball - Stayed with partner, Oct 2018

This park is realy lovely set in stunning countryside you are surrounded by trees which at the time of year we went October ,it was an abundance of yellows and reds, the lane up to the park is narrow in places so a good look ahead for passing places is a good idea!...
