"Scarborough"

Mr W Edwards - Stayed with partner, Sep 2021

Lovey site staff very helpful, made it better having a pub onsite, will definately be back at some point. Not the camp sites fault, but a shame there isn't a bus that passes, having said that the walk isn't that bad as it's down hill and only £7 taxi back up

Once we park and set up the campervan, we like not to move it again till we leave. We used our bikes to get about locally (abit hilly but manageable) we also used taxis to have a night out, very reasonably priced too. This site is very well organised, your plots are good sized and self contained, water, waste, electric. You feel very safe, card for barrier on/off touring site, card to enter toilet/shower block. Please don't be put off my the Electric Card, you pre pay £5 (we stayed 2nights, it cost us 90p per day) despite being a reasonably large site (statics and touring) it is a quiet site, well kept. Every credit to all the staff.

Lovely site, close to Scarborough, within a good walk into town, steep hill back so we always taxi back.

Too cold and late for the beach. Maybe next time as will definately stay again!
