Tregroes Caravan, Camping & Glamping Park

38 Reviews

Park Description

Tregroes Touring And Camping Site is a small, family friendly site, situated in the tranquil Pembrokeshire countryrside just outside the coastal town of Fishguard and close to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Our site caters for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes with roughly 30 pitches available and basic facilities which include toilets, showers, a washing up area, charging facilities and a chemical disposal point. Guests are welcome to light up the barbie after a long days sight seeing, however if you fancy a night off, Fishguard has a wide variety of eateries to satisfy hungry tummies and is only a 20 minute walk away.

Dogs are more than welcome here at Tregroes and are sure to love the bountiful walking opportunities that surround the campsite including the 186 mile stretch of the coastal path, where guests are advised to keep their eyes open for the dolphins, seals and seabirds which can be seen along the way. Cycling, hiking, fishing, horse riding and golfing are all available in the nearby areas too as well as a variety of water sports activities including surfing, sailing, kayaking and diving!

If you're a history fan, you've definitely come to the right place! There are an abundance of beautiful historic sites and castles in this part of Wales including the 12th century abbey in the coastal town of St Dogmaels and the Pen-Rhiw burial chambers at Goodwick. The Garn Wen burial chamber in Fishguard, the cathedral at St Davids and the stone circles of the Preseli Hills are also well worth a look!

Here at Tregroes Touring and Camping Site, we also offer glamping for those who fancy a more luxurious camping experience.

"A friendly, lovely campsite"

Anonymous - Stayed with family, Jun 2019

We stayed as a family in one of the Yurts which was absolutely lovely, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was clean and tidy and everything we needed was provided. Toilets were also extremely clean 👌🏻 I’ll definitely be returning... We stayed as a family in one of the Yurts which was absolutely lovely, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. "Lovely site in a perfect location"

Mrs C Barham-Peart - Stayed with partner, May 2019

Had a lovely stay at this site. The pitch sizes were really big compared to some of the other sites I've stayed at, and although it was a grass pitch there were bark chippings covering matting so no chance of getting stuck in mud in wet conditions. The pitch sizes were really big compared to some of the other sites I've stayed at, and although it was a grass pitch there were bark chippings covering matting so no chance of getting stuck in mud in wet conditions. The owners were very friendly and came to check that we were ok shortly after pitching. Lovely clean shower and toilet facilities. Although there is no entertainment on site, it is only a 15 minute walk into Fishguard with plenty to see and do. Loved our stay here and will definitely be returning.

"Fishguard visit"

Mr S Clark - Stayed with partner, May 2019

Stayed here when visiting the Fishguard Folk festival for the weekend. Handy for town, only 20 mins walk . Site is really looked after and quiet. They do not cram in lots of caravans motorhomes etc which makes all the difference!

"Return to the yurts"

J Shaw - Stayed with family, May 2019

Had been before when it was Gwaun Valley and there has been a lot of improvements since the new owners have taken over. Stayed in the top yurt which has its own compound, not quite sealed in but helped corral our dog. Really nice yurt and kitchen area and the showers...
