"Lots to watch in summertime!"

Very handy for our stopover on the way to Somerset. Very entertaining to see all the water activities in summer. 5 mins drive into Tewkesbury, which is a great little place

Mrs N Cherry - Stayed with family, Oct 2018

Bin area completely full with rubbish all over the floor. No one to check us out on our last morning, the office was locked, no one answered the phone so how do we hand our key fob back and more importantly get our deposit back...........there was not even a letter... Cleanliness of site facilities equal those of the Caravan Club. The friendliness of park staff is the iceing on the cake

"An overnight stay in a glamping pod for my husband's 40th birthday."

Mrs D Chamberlain - Stayed with partner, Oct 2018

Everyone has been so helpful. We had an extra radiator brought into the glamping pod as it was a bit chilly. Kettle and coffee facilities were really good. A great campsite and we hope to return next year to camp with our kids! Thank you for all your help.

We were visiting our daughter at Cheltenham University and wanted a site slightly out of the town of Cheltenham itself, but near enough to visit her. The site was very accessible, about a mile and a half from Tewsbury. It was set around a very attractive lake, with various different types of wildlife on the water and our pitch was hardstanding and set very near to the lake itself. Unfortunately, as the site was just about to close for the winter and the weather was very cold when we stayed, none of the facilities were open and the site was quite deserted. We will return next year, earlier in the season, to take advantage of all that the park has to offer.

We really liked our lakeside pod which had a great view of the sunrise in the morning and kept us toasty warm even in October with the help of the heater. The pod also had comfy beds, a fridge, dressing table, good electric lighting and a kettle. The park was obviously winding down for the season. It was a bit of a shame that the pod village toilet block was closed as the night time trips to the other toilet block, a few minutes walk away, were chilly! But as we were the only people close enough to use the pod block I can kind of understand that it wasn't cost effective to open it. It's something to check if you are booking outside the main holiday season, especially if you have young children who have got to go when they've got to go! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and exploring the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire area. Croome National Trust is a great day out, Tewkesbury Cathedral and town are very pretty and the Cattle Country family adventure park is about 40 minutes away. I'd love to return in the summer and get the full benefit of the activities available on the lake at Croft Farm too.
