"So easy to be on site to visit The Farm Park"

M Cooper - Stayed with partner, Sep 2018

We enjoyed wandering around the animals each day,the whole 4 days site fee and entrance to farm park was good value. The breakfast in Adams Cafe was good as well. Every where we went the staff were friendly and cheerful.

Staff go out of their way for you. Best caravan pitches I've seen. Plenty of room. I bring my 2 collies who love the walks there. My only gripe this year was a dog mess that someone hadn't cleaned up. Hope it doesn't go against those of us that do pick up. Can't praise the place highly enough and looking forward to next year. Big 'Thank you' to the staff.

It’s ok, the tents are very nice, but..... I felt that they were very expensive, basically it is just a tent and although you have a kitchen attached to the glamping area the cups were stained and apart from a toaster, a kettle and a gas barbecue there were no cooking facilities in the glamping kitchen. No oven or hob and no microwave. The washrooms were lovely, very warm and kept exceptionally clean, but a fair distance from the glamping tents, which is difficult at three o’clock in the morning. It’s a lovely site, just feel that the glamping tents are overpriced. They could also do with a porch or somewhere to put dirty boots etc, you walk straight In To the carpeted tent. And also perhaps a small chest of drawers, there is nowhere to put anything so you are literally living out of you bag if you can’t hang it up on the few coathangers that are there. The staff are lovely, really polite and really friendly and approachable.

Site shop was well stocked and offered take out pizzas and fresh pastries to pre order for breakfast. My only criticism is the quiet hours.. 10pm to 8pm. We stayed just after the schools returned and over the weekend, so to have someone knock on the awning at 10.10pm, asking us to turn our background music down was a bit disappointing, particularly as it really was background music and by no means loud. Also, having to vacate your pitch by 10 30 am was too early. If you can't make a noise until 8am and want to eat breakfast before you pack up, it's a real rush to be off the pitch by 10.30am!

"Our short break"

Mr W Jones - Stayed with family, Sep 2018

Everything we thought was excellent-even the weather in September. Very central for other beautiful villages and towns and touring sites/views. Will certainly be returning- with children and grandchildren.
