Broadleigh Farm Park

103 Reviews

Park Description

We welcome touring caravans and motorhomes, and most pitches provide a 16amp Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches. The site is broadly split into two large fields, with traditional Devon hedgerows forming further breaks on these fields. The service block is centrally located, with easy access for all. We are able to provide pitches for both small and large tents, with or without Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches.

There are also cold water taps on site close to the pitches. Broadleigh Farm has two wash rooms specifically designed for people with limited mobility. The access to these rooms is flat and level, and the washrooms have a toilet, shower and sink to use.

Opening Dates

The park is open annually from mid March until the end of October

Booking Arrangements

Bookings can now be made online. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, with balance payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

I did not like the way the dish wash sinks where shared with the laundry ones, saw people washing greasy dishes in the bowls meant for clothes washing and vice versa, quite disgusting. Also the water was only warm and not hot. Separate rooms should be used. Showers and toilets were ok. Nice area, Stoke Gabriel is a lovely village.

It is a friendly and relaxing place to stay with good amenities. Owner is helpful and welcoming. Only issue is with the electrics as the points are a long way from the pitch sometimes and you can only have one connection which is a bit of a problem if you have a van and an awning. You are not allowed to use a splitter and the lady was unhelpful. But we worked it out (van during the day to charge battery and awning during the night) and although it was a bit inconvenient had a fab time! Highly recommend this site

From our first contact with the site to the last , the site couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and efficient. Pitch up said available 1 night no electric booked anyway but put in special requests would preferred electric and another night within 24 hrs they arranged this without hassle. The bathrooms were spacious and clean , noted as the site was busy as in July even the best sites don’t manage this. The water in shower could have been warmer a minor Nigal . The in house cider is worth a try!! Should have known this would have been a lovely stay as have been dealing with there cider business for years to our shop , didn’t realise. Lovely site , lovely people. Nr to Paignton taxi cost £8:75 back from the front. Thank you , x

"Very nice campsite but needs some rules"

The site was relatively easy to find, the pitch we booked was well signposted. The toilets and showers were very clean. The down side was no apparent site rules. Unfortunately some campers have no consideration for others. Things we saw whilst we were there: 1.... The site was relatively easy to find, the pitch we booked was well signposted. The toilets and showers were very clean. The down side was no apparent site rules. Unfortunately some campers have no consideration for others. Things we saw whilst we were there: 1. Children riding around the site unsupervised on motorised vehicles - mobility scooters for example. 2. People shouting and effing, swearing at children is very unpleasant. 3. Playing of loud amplified music e.g. from camper vans. 4. Playing of music after 10pm. Apart from this,it was an enjoyable visit

Rubbish/waste disposal was not clearly marked/signposted and staff were not clear about how to access the waste- when i found them the wooden doors were locked? Hairdryers were pathetic - worked for 20 seconds Otherwise the site was fine. No children facilities as far... No children facilities as far as we were aware despite coming with two kids under 5 The man who we met on arrival was very friendly and they were very helpful on the phone

"Our little gem"

Mrs Spellman - Stayed with partner, Jul 2018

Been coming to Broadleigh for many years and hopefully for many years to come always friendly and helpful beautiful location the only small downside is the narrow lanes on the approach even though the hedges are kept trimmed
