We welcome touring caravans and motorhomes, and most pitches provide a 16amp Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches. The site is broadly split into two large fields, with traditional Devon hedgerows forming further breaks on these fields. The service block is centrally located, with easy access for all. We are able to provide pitches for both small and large tents, with or without Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches.
There are also cold water taps on site close to the pitches. Broadleigh Farm has two wash rooms specifically designed for people with limited mobility. The access to these rooms is flat and level, and the washrooms have a toilet, shower and sink to use.
The park is open annually from mid March until the end of October
Bookings can now be made online. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, with balance payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Rang the site a couple of days earlier to check the state of pitches due to recent rain. Told they were OK. On arrival, where nobody is ever available, no welcoming etc, I inspected the pitches, which were a complete bog. Virtually nobody on site. Immediately left & found another site with hardstanding. The main concern of this review is that you DO NOT get a REFUND. They offer an alternative booking, but this I was told would have had to be before they close at the end of October. In other words, within the next two weeks, where assumedly conditions would not improve. Why do they not tell people who have pre booked, about the pitch conditions, & offer a refund if they are bad, or at best a re-book at any time? Disgraceful. I have basically given them £68 for nothing, & had to pay again for an alternative site. Shall be reporting this to the Caravan Club to see if any further action can be taken.

We love the peace and quiet of this site, there are no play parks or clubhouses and, when we were there there were no children (which was heaven). I do feel that the showers could do with a bit of an upgrade, but they were always clean and tidy and always hot. We did... We did not use the laundry facilities, but everything was clean and tidy in there. we will definitely go back again

We chose to stay at Broadleigh due to its closeness to Totnes and that not many other sites were open in October. Its a tidy, large well kept site. Everything one could ask for - the staff made booking easy - not buried in rules & regs - good value - looking forward to returning next year

We store our caravan at Broadleigh and love the site. We always take our dog and they love it too. Toilets/showers are clean and nice. Pitches are a good size and staff are friendly. Can’t wait for our next weekend away there.

Whilst I appreciate all campsites have to encompass all avenues in order to make money,I am not a fan of seasonal pitches mixed with periodical visiting campers. Seasonal pitches invariably look untidy, with sagging awnings, long grass and weeds around them, and rusting and overturned bbq's, which don't make for pleasing outlooks. Also, whilst the facilities were adequate,I'm afraid they are dated, and require investment. Also the hedges don't seem to have been cut in years,However the grass was kept close cut and tidy. Also, not the site owners fault I know, but amazingly, and totally by surprise I saw my last motorhome in storage here (Autocruise Augusta HY59RPO) ,which sadly looks uncared for by it's new owners.Wish I'd kept it now!!! All this said,we did enjoy our holiday, but this had much to do with the good weather, and things to see locally

over all the park is very nice apart from when my partner got showered with disc bits from shot put shooting. Also not happy at the way a customer was dealt with on day of his leaving by another customer unplugging his elec and telling him to get off his pitch. pulling... over all the park is very nice apart from when my partner got showered with disc bits from shot put shooting. Also not happy at the way a customer was dealt with on day of his leaving by another customer unplugging his elec and telling him to get off his pitch. pulling his pegs out from his tent. this should of been dealt with by the park owner not customer.

Clean but nobody in attendance after 1 o'clock which makes it difficult if you can't arrive before that time and especially if you don't have an extra long extension hook up. This site favours caravans and motor homes.
