Broadleigh Farm Park

119 Reviews

Park Description

We welcome touring caravans and motorhomes, and most pitches provide a 16amp Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches. The site is broadly split into two large fields, with traditional Devon hedgerows forming further breaks on these fields. The service block is centrally located, with easy access for all. We are able to provide pitches for both small and large tents, with or without Electric Hook-up. All are grass pitches.

There are also cold water taps on site close to the pitches. Broadleigh Farm has two wash rooms specifically designed for people with limited mobility. The access to these rooms is flat and level, and the washrooms have a toilet, shower and sink to use.

Opening Dates

The park is open annually from mid March until the end of October

Great size pitches, spotlessly clean showers and loos. Close to Totnes where we wanted to be.

Another pleasant stay. Clean facilities, not too busy campsite and generous sized pitches.

very satisfied until school holidays began. Tents can be larger than caravans but allocated the same size pitch therefore they encroach on next door pitch. Suggest that tents are allocated to different areas to caravansa and motorhomes. Campsite rules are flagrantly... very satisfied until school holidays began. Tents can be larger than caravans but allocated the same size pitch therefore they encroach on next door pitch. Suggest that tents are allocated to different areas to caravansa and motorhomes. Campsite rules are flagrantly disregarded especially regarding dogs and there appears to be no enforcement. Could a separate area be designated for children playing ball games as at present there are many instances of balls hitting caravans. A large number of boats on pitches (it would seem they are not being used by owners but probably the owners are using the campsite for cheap storage. Suggest - boats that are stored are kept in separate area away from pitches.

Great communication from the minute you make your booking. Just far enough from civilisation to enjoy the countryside and make friends with mother nature. The park is situated on a country back road we have never experienced worse roads in all our years of towing the roads was so narrow we were lucky we only had one car drive towards us thankfully the car reversed this would NOT be a good park to go to if you were an inexperienced car/caravan towing driver the roads was the same width of the car my caravan got scratched over the branches/trees the shed with rubbish bins inside was always locked so could only do recycling as they were the only bins left outside shed we payed for 2 days but we would have happily left after 1 day only for we had to drive so far on the second day my husband was so tired we would DEFINTELY not return

Nice campsite but the toilets had run out of toilet paper early afternoon and they were dirty. Did not see any staff at all.

"Great campsite. Would prefer to see staff"

Mrs L Johnston - Stayed with family, May 2019

Loved the park and the other people camping. would have preferred staff to be onsite when people arrive as most people pitched up between 2 pitch numbers which made it difficult for the next people arriving. Luckily we had an and pitch and it didn't affect us however...
