"YoHo Cottage - perfect for a beach stay"

J Pearson - Stayed with family, Aug 2020

The location is perfect - literally steps away from the beach and Polzeath shops. The property was clean and had all the facilities you need. The two back bedrooms back onto a wall with a small path but the plus of this is that those rooms stay really cool compared to the sunny upstairs. We spent very little time in the property because the weather was so glorious but there is plenty of space inside for days in.

We loved the location of this apartment, very central, but also that means very noisy too and lots of early morning activity. This was not an issue for the few days we stayed but wouldn't choose to stay here in the middle of summer. The steps are very steep up to the apartment so not suitable for everyone. Parking in the main car park was ok and cheap at this time of year but again summer would be much more expensive. We were disappointed that Wifi is stated on the details for the property but this was not the case and was an issue as my husband did need to work from his laptop while we were here.
