"Good location and value for money"

Ms S Routleff - Stayed Sep 2018

The park is well looked after and my caravan was spotless and very comfortable. It is an easy walk into Sandown and the beach. Handy to have the bus stop right outside if you don't want to use the car. Owners are always very friendly and welcoming.

The disabled caravan had a ramp and balcony and was so easy to get to, with parking right outside the van The van was spotless and offered everything we needed for us to enjoy our stay. Being close to the town and esplanade was an added bonus for us, as well as being close to a good choice of places to get food. I would highly recommend the park and am returning in the New Year, for a longer stay.

The site was within easy walking distance of the centre of Sandown and even closer to fine beaches. We didn’t need to use our car while we were there, its a good base for walking , cycling and a bus stop very nearby. There is a good family friendly pub at the entrance to the site that served excellent food, even a fish and chip shop almost near to the site. The owners were pleasant, cheerful and helpful.

"Sandown's run down."

Mr A Popejoy - Stayed with family, Sep 2018

Everything about the camp site is great. I am afraid Sandown is becoming to look like a large bomb site after the war. Why don't you give the Isle of Wight council a good kick up the back side. I am sure you have got some voice about what happens. Or as as said when I... Everything about the camp site is great. I am afraid Sandown is becoming to look like a large bomb site after the war. Why don't you give the Isle of Wight council a good kick up the back side. I am sure you have got some voice about what happens. Or as as said when I left, why don't you start a Dave and Jane theme park. Kind regards. I hope I haven't been to scathing.

We visit twice a year, once around April or May and come over as a group for a long weekend touring the pubs. We also visit in September for the Classic car show in Ryde and stay for the week. During the week we visit the islands many attractions which include National Trust & English Heritage properties and the beach if the weather is good. The owners of the site are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble and the Park is kept to a good standard.

"Steps and cushions"

Mrs Newnham - Stayed with friends, Sep 2018

Our caravan was lovely and the only down side was the steps maybe it was just our caravan No 41 but they were not very steady and the other thing was lack of cushions but overall no complaints.
