Went to campsite for enchanted forest visit. The facilities were in great condition however it would have been nice to be told on the welcome sheet when they were to be shut for cleaning. The facilities were in great condition however it would have been nice to be told on the welcome sheet when they were to be shut for cleaning. The on site shop was well stocked with a good variety, the staff really friendly and helpful. We did not visit the restaurant for a meal as we didn't know if they were serving meals or not as even the staff member did not know. A more easy to follow schedule would help. The kids loved the park. They said it was the best ever. However it was as very far away from the camping section. Another park closer to the camping would have been better. We did not visit the pool although have heard its very nice. I think it should be included in the price not extra. It was a definate turnoff. Overall we were happy with the site and hope to return during high season.

The caravan was warm and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The park is tidy and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is spacious and well priced. The pool and facilities are clean and very reasonably priced. The location is good with beautiful countryside and shopping easily available. I would definately go back and would recommend it for a relaxing family break.
