This is our second time staying at this campsite and we love it. It’s in a peaceful woodland location and the facilities are great and staff very friendly.

This is one of my all-time favourite parks and the family love it too. Fabulous woodland surrounds and walks up into the hills. Skye used to be our destination but Secret Argyll has taken over - we walked for a day and didn't see a single other walker, just butterflies, dragonflies and birds. We brought friends this year and they have fallen for the place too. The staff here bend over backwards to make you welcome and the facilities are first rate. I would like to see a larger selection in the shop but the van that comes every Tuesday has an amazing selection. Walk up to the waterfalls and look for the gorilla, the buffalo and the giant blue egg!

The accessible toilet and shower room are really good and the ramp access to this is fine. However, my son found it really hard to get across the large amount of thick gravel in front of the ramp. This is difficult in both a manual and power wheelchair. The ramp also allows access to the small kitchen area which was good. Information on the surfaces of the many paths would have been useful.

"Great location, facilities and staff"

Great location and facilities and very helpful staff. We were only sorry that we came across it so late in our motorhome holiday, otherwise we would have stayed longer. We'll definitely stay again.

I chose the park because of its proximity to Kilmodan church where my friend's funeral service and interment was to take place. There was other accommodation available, but the park stood out. the interior of the static caravan was exceptional and afforded me needed peace and comfort in which to remember and reflect on my dear friend. The manageress went the extra mile in giving me lift personally to the church (it was on her way) the next day so that I could visit the grave. She gave me information on buses back to the park (I don't have a car) but I decided to walk back through the lovely countryside where my friend had grown up and played. It was possible too to have the office opened specially just outside of normal hours, which helped, and communication was provided with someone who could help if you arrived outside of office hours. Everything I needed was there.

"Very tranquil"

Good value for money. Showers and toilets were very clean, and well maintained. On site laundry, costs £5 including detergent. Very tranquil area. Small shop on site which sold basics, but no other shops nearby.
