"First time caravaner"

Miss A Oconnell - Stayed Mar 2020

This was my first time on my own and I was impressed how easy it was to set up my caravan. The pitch was great and I could sleep well knowing the site was totally secure. I’ll definitely be back as soon as it reopens

"Great Place to stay"

Been to this site many times, it’s always good. Time to start cutting the grass and generally tidy up the site, shower heads missing from male facilities. Apart from that all good

"great location"

Mr A Powell - Stayed with partner, Mar 2020

Situated on the north shore of Belfast Lough this site provides a safe, scenic gateway to the city and beyond. Local bus services just outside, but no timetable on the campsite!! Great to cycle or run to the city along the coastal path.

"Only one thing"

Anonymous - Stayed Mar 2020

I brought my tent with me and i did not sleep well because of the noise of the car. Probably in the caravan or other type of transport there would have been no problem. Apart from that i enjoyed my staying.

This time our pitch was overlooking the lough and the views to wake up to in the morning were fab. Toilet and shower facilities are immaculate but most users like myself leave the showers as they expect to find them - doesn't take much to clean up after yourself. Short walk to nearby bars and restaurants, local Spar shop. 10 minute walk to the railway station to get train into Belfast or simply catch the bus right outside the park. Onsite cafe. The only downside is the grass area beside the hardstanding pitch for the caravan - you have to park your car on top of the grass and at this time of year it can be very soft and muddy. Apart from that, would highly recommend this park.

If your coming from England and need a jump off point, this is the park for you.
