We chose to stay in the Woodlands after a lovely quiet break earlier in the year, when there was no festivals on in the town, but we were blown away with the amount of attractions at the festival for families dueing the Rose of Tralee festival. The Town put on a great event, safe, friendly, lots of variety and loads of volunteers, clean etc etc. The Woodlands Camp Site's proximity to the town makes it the ideal family camping caravaning facility. It was spotlessly clean, well run, everything you need for a lovely break away for family, friends or on your own. A short walk or lovely safe cycle to all amenities, discounts for the Aquadome are really good value for larger families too and its on thier doorstep. We will most definatly be returning next year for the festival and as often as possible during the summer, as this campsite makes camping a holiday.

"Feeling refreshed"

The weather was mixed. Rain and the sun tried to shine. But Woodlands Park was so well maintained, the staff were most helpful. The location suites all ages. One can enjoy walking around the Woodlands Park with the appreciation for nature.

It was the cleanest campsite we had been to, and we loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. On our second night it poured with rain and were able to walk round the corner to see a new film at the Omniplex - a perfect treat. A great campsite.
