We stayed in the 2017 Static Caravan which we couldn't fault, lovely accommodation, very clean and had great views. the lane leading up to the caravan was a bit tight and incredibly muddy due to the recent weather but was fine. We had family staying in the touring site, the facilities are in need of some attention, the toilet blocks aren't the cleanest. The site in general needs a bit of a tidy up, you can tell that you are staying on a farm but there are lots of used machinery, bikes, furniture and rubbish lying around the site. Other than that great location is you love the noise of fighter jets

"Great location and area"

Mr R Cooper - Stayed with partner, Oct 2017

The pitch itself was flat and very level, although the entrance through to the touring area was a bit scruffy. Nice friendly and helpful owners. Would most likely use it if visiting the area again.

He was a nice friendly chap and we were taken straight to our pitch. To get there we had to drive through a farm scrap yard which looked awful. The road on the touring park was barely wide enough for a caravan. The pitches were very narrow with holes dug either side for off season maintenance and covered with plywood. The park looked shabby and run down. In need of decent grounds care. Toilet and showers were full of mill dew mould and peeling paint. No heating on a freezing cold weekend (storm Ophelia). We can get much better pitches for much less money. This pitch was not worth the price charged.
