Even before we arrived at the beautiful campsite we were impressed with the number of brown tourist signs guiding us to the Cotswold Farm Park no matter from which direction one might arrive. The wardens gave us a warm welcome & nothing was too much trouble even when we asked to relocate from grass to a hardstanding pitch with its own water tap & grey water drain for a small extra charge. The very modern toilet & shower block was clean & extremely well equipped. My only request would be that the shower heads are adjusted from a fine and wide spray of water falling from too great a height. In the campsite & the farm itself so much thought and care has been put into providing a total experience for all ages: extremely well presented information boards giving enough detail to inform adults but also remaining attractive to children. Access to so many different animals was wonderful - I could have spent every day just watching & stroking the goats, lambs & piglets to name but a few! Equally important were the plentiful facilities for washing hands. There seemed to be a huge range of well equipped play areas for children & I wished I'd been small enough to try out the electric tractors! The farm safari (tour by tractor & trailer) was fun & informative. We absolutely LOVED the whole experience and congratulate Adam and ALL his staff and wish them every success in the future. We will definitely be back!

The new toilet block for 2017 still looks brand new and all the other additions have bedded in beautifully. The reception come shop come lounge come pizzeria is really working great now and the extended hours are fantastic. As is getting fresh pizza delivered to you tent 😋. The site is beautiful, pitches generous and atmosphere fantastic, but it is the little things that make it so welcoming and keep us coming back. Fantastic staff, Friday night marshmallow fire pit, goats/cows in adjacent field so the kids can pet/feed whenever they like. Freezer for ice blocks, covered washing up, gardens toys for free hire and even loan hot water bottles. On our stay, after a really wet and miserable day the evening finally dried up. The staff came round to each tent tell us that they had managed to get the Farm Park open after hours as a one off special, just so the kids could run off some energy on the play equipment before bed. Amazing thoughtfulness. Even if you don’t use the Farm Park itself this is a fantastic site that serves as s great base for the Cotswolds, Stow and Borton are 10 minutes in the car. There really isn’t anything else we could ask for, which is why it is the only site we have ever returned to, it makes the holidays great.

"Great for the farm & base for the area, but limited on-site for kids"

Anonymous - Stayed with family, Jun 2018

Highly recommended, clean site with great wash & kitchen facilities & helpful, friendly staff. Ideally located for exploring Cotswolds and to stroll across to the Farm Park. Only downside is no real facilities / play equipment for kids, or not even a rec field... Highly recommended, clean site with great wash & kitchen facilities & helpful, friendly staff. Ideally located for exploring Cotswolds and to stroll across to the Farm Park. Only downside is no real facilities / play equipment for kids, or not even a rec field central to the site where the kids can play / make friends, whilst you set-up / relax etc. Would recommend if going to the Farm Park, but not if you want a site that by itself will help keep the kids entertained.

"Excellent standards throughout"

Mrs K Agashi - Stayed with friends, Jun 2018

We loved how enthusiastic and knowledgeable the staff were, how close you could get to the animals and so much to do. Glamping facilities were excellent. Next time we'll camp coz the pitches looked good too

"Fantastic Site"

This is a fabulous park and cannot be faulted. Our third stay on the site and it was enhanced by the investment that has been made in the campsite facilities.

"Lovely place, with lots of positives and a few negatives"

The camping/caravan area had a makeover about 2 years ago and is now a very different place altogether. It used to be a basic, pleasant site, in need of a little modernisation (the facilities for example) and is now still a pleasant site, with a lot better facilities but I can't help but feel they've a little too overboard now. There are extra plots, glamping yurts, rec field, a shop with lots of extras, friendly staff, and the star of the show has to be the spot-on toilet/shower/washing block. There are a few negatives though. The site is too highly maintained - and this means excessive noise. You can expect mechanical noise pretty much everyday during good weather, from strimming and ride-on mowing. Not good if you are in a tent trying to chill out. Also the Recreation field is too detached. Yes, it's huge, but when I was there (5 days, site approx 33% full), everyone was doing all (and I mean all) their recreational activities on the camp site; football, frizbees, dog-walking, even relays! I still like the site, a lot, but may likely consider somewhere else nearby in future.

Mr M Rivers - Stayed with family, May 2018

We stayed for two nights in a Motorhome. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the site facilities were clean and easy to access. The bonus was the farm which we and the kids loved. It was our first stay in the Cotswolds and we have definitely fallen in love... We stayed for two nights in a Motorhome.
